2.Order and conclusion of contract

The order can be placed through the store's website. The purchase contract is concluded upon the seller's confirmation of the order sent to the buyer's e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded in the Czech language. The buyer is usually a consumer; different rules for business buyers are set out below.

3.Price and payment terms

All prices include VAT and all statutory fees. Available payment methods:

  • bank transfer,
  • cash on delivery,
  • online payment card (payment gateway).

4.Shipping and delivery terms

Delivery options:

  • Packeta,
  • PPL.

The delivery time is usually 2–5 business days from order confirmation (unless stated otherwise for the item). Delivery costs are shown before the order is submitted.

5.Consumer's right to withdraw from the contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can use the sample form to exercise this right:

You can find detailed instructions on the page Returns.

Important: If the consumer withdraws from the contract, they bear the costs of returning the goods to the seller. The seller will send the refund no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch, unless agreed otherwise.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods in sealed hygienic packaging that have been removed from the packaging after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear after the hygienic seal has been broken), and in other cases stipulated by law.

6.Rights arising from defective performance (complaints)

The seller is liable to the consumer that the goods are free of defects upon receipt. A defect is considered, in particular, a non-conformity with the purchase contract. Rights arising from defective performance may be exercised within 24 months of receipt; a defect that manifests within 12 months is presumed to have existed at the time of receipt, unless proven otherwise.

The complaint will be resolved without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date it was filed, unless the seller and buyer agree on a longer period.

You can find detailed instructions on the page Returns of Defective Goods. Send or personally deliver the goods to the address stated in Article 1, together with the form or a cover letter.

7.Special provisions for business buyers

In the case of a business buyer, rights arising from defective performance are governed by the Civil Code; liability covers defects existing at the time the risk of damage to the goods passes.

8.Personal data protection (GDPR)

As the controller, the seller processes buyers' personal data for the purpose of processing orders, fulfilling legal obligations (accounting, taxes) and protecting legitimate interests (e.g. debt collection). Processing for marketing purposes takes place only on the basis of consent or legitimate interest in accordance with applicable rules.

The data subject has the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. The supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

9.Out-of-court dispute resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority is responsible for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising from the purchase contract (www.coi.cz). The consumer can also use the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10.Electronic communication and archiving

Contracts are concluded in electronic form and are not publicly accessible. The seller archives them for as long as necessary under applicable law. Communication takes place via the contact details stated in Article 1.

11.Final provisions

These terms and conditions are valid and effective from 18. 8. 2025. The seller reserves the right to change these terms; the version effective at the time the contract is concluded shall be decisive.
