Returns of Defective Goods

Found a problem with your purchase? No worries, filing a claim with us is easy.

Just follow the steps below and we will take care of your claim quickly.

Claim process

  1. Contact us

    Email us at info@eros-veneziani.eu, and describe the problem.

  2. Send the goods back

    Pack the goods in a suitable box and send them to our postal address.

    We recommend using a postal service or another carrier.

    Please do not send the package by cash on delivery – it will not be accepted.
  3. Claim resolution

    As soon as we receive the package, we will start processing your claim right away. We will keep you informed of the progress.
